Blackbird Having A Bath

Here is a blackbird having a bath. The sparrows like to walk onto the plank of wood you see and shower under the fountain in the frog pond, but this blackbird insists on dirtying the drinking water - usually right after we have cleaned out the tray! :-)

Bob, the Java Sparrow

Meet Bob, one of the pet Java Sparrows we've been handling since they were born (well, almost - they were a few days old before we dared to pick them up).

They're all very tame now, but Bob is a real character and loves to be involved in whatever we're doing.
